This past week I attended an awesome class for Realtors and Investors on how to capitalize on today’s real estate market. The event was sponsored by Halperin Lyman, LLC, and was hosted by Michele Calloway, founder of The Institute.
The class covered valuable information for new and experienced investors, including topics ranging from how to select the right structure for your business, to the types of housing inventory available in today’s market and the importance of building a synergistic team of real estate professionals and vendors. One of the most valuable takeaways was the opportunity to network with industry experts whose businesses are thriving in this economy.
The highlight of my day was meeting Peter Pasternack and Brian Trow, the founders of Foundations, LLC, who were featured on A&E TV’s home renovation show, Flip This House. They are two really down to earth investors who are passionate and knowledgeable about all things real estate. I’m so glad I got a chance to meet them!
This is such an exciting time in the real estate arena, and there are unprecedented opportunities available now. With the right education, the right connections and a strong desire to succeed, the sky is the limit!
